Linda L. Parker, GEPC
Dean of Admissions/Operations, National Faculty Presenter
Mrs. Parker has extensive experience in the administrative, operational; compliance, and private practice areas of the insurance and security industries. Linda holds National Association of Security Dealers (NASD) Registration of General Securities Representative and State an Uniform Securities Representative. She also holds Nevada, Insurance License of Life and Health. She works with Parker Financial Advisory Group, Las Vegas, NV and Lee’s Summit, MO and both offices are affiliated with QA3 Financial Corp. She has many corporate accomplishments including being a Controller for a large national real estate firm and being an Administrative Director of Services within the tourism and hospitality industry. Linda was formally educated at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas majoring in Accounting and Marketing. She holds Nevada Insurance licenses of Life and Health; and received her Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) Designation from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, Denver, CO. Linda has been awarded life membership in Distinguished Women of Nevada. Mrs. Parker also is an author/publisher of the children's books, Austin and Charlie Adventures.
Kelly Whyte, AA, BS, GEPC
Director of Operations/Admissions
Mrs. Whyte has many years of experience in the education field specializing in childhood development of all ages. She has concentrated her educational talents in the equestrian arena by bringing her accounting and business experience to National and State Horse Organizations as Treasurer of those organizations. Kelly received her AA degree in Accounting from the Des Moines Area Community College and her BA degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
Millie Kobrin, BA, MAE, MBA, GEPC
Dean of Education
Mrs. Kobrin has extensive experiences in directing adult learning and educational courses along with creating alliances between business leaders and educational organizations. Millie also has used her training in programs development and instructional design to develop and implement programs in workplace training for corporate and non-profit organizations, as well as within the community college setting. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Northern Colorado, her Master of Arts in Education from the Colorado College in Colorado Springs, and her Master of Arts in Business Administration and Community Service from Regis University, Denver. In addition, Millie has earned additional certifications as an instructional designer and developer.
